As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in the execution of reporting to investors and stakeholders.

The Portfolio Management Team serves as leaders and collaborators across various functions that serve the lifecycle of investment products. We seek an analytical mind with expertise in financial markets to develop and maintain portfolio models including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls, and IRR calculations.

You will be responsible for generating operational reports for Single-family Rental portfolios, delivered externally to institutional investors. Each investor jointly owns the portfolio with our organization and may contain 100's-1,000's of homes in a single portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of investment fundamentals and be able to further develop analysis, identify and correct data errors, and maintain inventory of investor reports. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and manage complex projects.

  • Assist Senior Portfolio Managers in maintaining and improving upon portfolio investment models.
  • Build and maintain portfolio models including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls, and IRR calculations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate and clarify investor requests and offer alternative solutions.
