About Our Opportunity

Our team seeks a seasoned leader to drive large-scale o9 transformation programs with a deep focus on supply chain management (SCM) and data integration.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and subject matter expert who can shape enterprise architecture, guide multiple accounts, influence executive stakeholders, and mentor global teams.

  • Lead complex o9 transformation programs across multiple accounts, ensuring business value and measurable outcomes.
  • Architect strategic o9 solutions aligned to SCM maturity models, best practices, and enterprise objectives.
  • Oversee the design, build, and integration of o9 applications with other platforms (e.g., SAP, cloud).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in o9 Data Integration, influencing key architectural and strategic decisions.
  • Develop tools, templates, and accelerators to standardize and scale delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, delivering high-value deal solutioning and roadmaps.
  • Mentor and coach teams, building organisational capability in o9 and SCM practices.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering, and executive presentations.
  • Drive application performance optimisation, scalability, and resilience.
  • Build and maintain strategic vendor partnerships with o9 and ecosystem players.

Requirements

  • 15–20 years of experience in supply chain management, technology transformation, or enterprise architecture.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in o9 solutions and SCM transformation programs.
  • Proven expertise in o9 Data Integration and SCM solutioning.
  • Strong knowledge of application development frameworks, data integration tools, and optimisation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with o9 Digital Brain, o9 Analytics, Syniti, and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and lead technical/strategic decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (15 years of full-time education).
