Cloud Engineer (Features) Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on designing and developing scalable cloud-native solutions.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and deploying backend services and infrastructure components. Your work will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready software that meets client requirements and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Python and experience with various frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask. Additionally, they should be familiar with Git, Docker, Bash, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, GraphQL, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

  • Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python.
  • Design and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI.
  • Work with Docker for containerization and deployment.
  • Manage and optimize relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB) databases.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure as code.
  • Build and consume APIs, including GraphQL.
  • Utilize frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Graphene, and SQLAlchemy.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in version control using Git.
  • Operate in Unix-based environments and write Bash scripts for automation.

Requirements
  • 6–12 years of experience in backend software development.
  • Strong understanding of Python and its frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, Bash, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
