  • Analyze business performance against targets/budgets and highlight areas of improvement.
  1. Customer Focus:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by attending to customer queries and providing assistance as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant taxation laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
  1. Internal Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and improve existing ones.
  1. Learning & Development:
  • Participate in online learning modules to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Engage in self-assessment and continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: MBA (Finance), CA, or CFA.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
  • Certifications: None specified.
  • Functional Skills: Strong accounting and tax background, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Competencies Required: Strategic thinking, planning, and execution, collaboration, and communication.
