Job Overview
Our team is seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our growing healthcare revenue cycle team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making timely calls to follow up on pending claims and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.
- Reviewing denied or underpaid claims and taking appropriate action for resolution.
- Documenting all interactions accurately in our system.
- Meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A graduate degree in any field (Life Science, Non-Life Science, Commerce).
- 0-3 years of experience in AR Calling, Medical Billing, or Revenue Cycle Management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of the US healthcare process and CPT/ICD codes is an advantage.
