Full-Time Web Applications Developer Position

Sepnoty Technologies Pvt Ltd is a forward-thinking tech company dedicated to creating innovative AI-driven solutions that simplify lives and drive business growth. We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.

This role offers a structured 6-month training period with both remote and onsite work, leading to potential full-time employment. During the first two months, you will be working remotely without any stipend, focusing on onboarding, self-paced learning, and initial skill evaluation. The following four months will involve onsite work in Bengaluru, where you will receive a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 based on your performance and contributions.

Upon successful completion of the training period, you will be considered for a full-time role with a competitive salary package. Throughout the training period, you will be trained while contributing to the development of impactful projects for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Work on both the frontend and backend of web applications (Full Stack Development).
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Implement responsive and user-centric designs with a focus on optimal user experience.
  • Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) for application data storage and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and secure code following best practices.
  • Debug, test, and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web application development.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks/libraries (React.js, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
  • Strong backend development experience with technologies like Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Hands-on experience with database management (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
