Job Title:

Quantitative Analyst Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantitative Analyst Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced analysts to deliver high-quality solutions for asset liability management, interest rate risk in banking book, behavioral modeling, and Pillar 1 risks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and build models to quantify risk exposure.
  • Develop end-to-end functionalities for macro-economic factors and market prices analysis.
  • Validate cashflow, valuation, and sensitivity models using Excel/Python for banking and derivative products.
  • Collaborate with engagement teams to deliver on client projects.
  • Assist with client user acceptance testing and provide support as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Actuary certifications or degrees
  • Proficiency in financial instrument valuation and risk assessment
  • Proficiency in statistical, econometrics, and time series analysis
  • Proficiency in use of back-end server-side languages like Python and database like MSSQL and PostgreSQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
