Senior Data Science Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Science Specialist to join our team focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). RCM streamlines claims, billing, and revenue capture for healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning engineering, data analytics, and software development.

This role requires a deep understanding of complex data sets, statistical modeling, and programming languages such as Python or R. Proficiency in cloud-based technologies like AWS or Azure is also desired.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced software solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.



About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain large-scale machine learning models to optimize revenue cycle processes
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve claim processing accuracy and reduce denial rates
  • Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop data visualizations to inform decision-making
