1. Contacting customers for debt collection, ensuring timely payment of invoices.
2. Sending reminders and account statements to customers via email or mail, maintaining excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
