At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Web Developer and Digital Marketer.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual who can develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, website performance optimization, security, and SEO readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance: Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications using the latest web technologies and frameworks.
  • UI/UX: Implement user-friendly navigation and layouts that adhere to branding guidelines and modern UI standards.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure seamless functionality across different browsers and devices.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize website speed, security, and SEO readiness to provide an exceptional user experience.
  • Bug Fixing: Promptly identify and resolve technical issues.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
  • Online Presence: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Brand Visibility: Ensure consistent brand visibility through social media, SEO, and content marketing efforts.
  • Lead Generation: Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
  • SEO: Enhance website ranking through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Social Media Engagement: Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Experience in web development and digital marketing.
  • Expertise in cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Familiarity with website performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of security and SEO principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
