About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee performance marketing campaigns that drive student acquisition and revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads, media buying)
  • Preparing media plans and executing them efficiently with a proven track record of 10X+ ROAS in EdTech
  • Proven skills, strategy, and outcome-driven campaign execution with programmatic ads and media buying
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.)
  • Managing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation across channels to maximize quality of lead generation
  • Creating and optimizing ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for better conversion rates
  • Conducting A/B testing of ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance
  • Working closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall goals
  • Tracking KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc., and reporting campaign performance regularly
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in running paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic ads, media buying)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, DV360, and Excel
  • Strong copywriting and creative judgment skills
  • Good communication and project management abilities
