Lead Therapist

Deliver exceptional care to children with special needs as a Speech Language Pathologist in our multidisciplinary team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, working closely with families to ensure consistent progress.
• Collaborate with other therapists and educators to provide comprehensive care.
• Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in team meetings.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Relevant certifications and licenses to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist are essential, and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is preferred.

A background in working with children with special needs is valuable but not necessary. Our center offers a supportive environment for children with special needs and emphasizes total parent involvement and exceptional therapy quality.
