- Manage the coordination and scheduling of various early career development courses and events, requiring tactical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and day-to-day activity.
- Coordinate early careers onboarding activities across the globe.
- Organize flagship events, experiences, and early careers engagement - Provide administrative support and coordination for the operation of early careers committees.
- Ensure smooth execution of regional events and early careers engagement.
- Provide targeted support to specific early careers programs at peak periods.
- Oversee bp s apprenticeship programs.
- Assist with administration tasks for the early careers development team, ensuring key annual dates are scheduled and coordinated.
- Oversee critical team documents and assets for the early careers development team.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting for early careers programs and interventions.
- Prepare key operational performance reviews for quarterly and annual periods.
- Maintain and update early careers systems and tools.
- Handle inquiries and queries from the early careers community.
Requirements:
- Higher education qualification - University degree/s preferred
- Relevant examination certifications or licenses and/or formal certifications desirable
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
