Job Overview

The Customer Relationship Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating leads from assigned dealerships and the open market.

This involves maintaining a healthy relationship with dealers to achieve sales objectives, ensuring enhanced sourcing of business at the dealer counter and effective management of sales teams.

  • Maintain post-disbursal documents, including PDD (Post-Disbursal Documents) updates, RC (Record Certificate) first EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) collections, and non-starter collections to maintain the portfolio.
  • Timely communicate with dealer staff about scheme payouts, HO (Head Office) communications regarding payouts, and other essential updates.
  • Implement all finance schemes at the dealer level, impart regular training, and provide guidance on customer needs and finance scheme explanations.
  • Daily share MIS (Management Information System) reports with case-wise status of leads given by dealerships, ensuring minimum numbers as per productivity matrix.
