Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Site Reliability Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems.

Your primary goal will be to identify potential system issues early and implement preventive measures to boost system resilience. Additionally, you will automate processes to eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.

You will participate in root cause analysis, drive corrective and preventive actions, and prioritize improvements in the SRE backlog. Furthermore, you will apply your programming and scripting expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Monitoring/Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Microsoft Cloud Certified – Professional DevOps Engineer skills are a plus.
