Job Description

This role involves undertaking manual, ETL and database testing across the full development lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a strong background in writing SQL queries and understanding logic.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manual, ETL and database testing throughout the entire development cycle.
  • Experience of writing SQL queries and understanding logical concepts.
  • UI Testing and its related concepts, including smoke testing, functional testing, system testing, regression testing, usability testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Developing and contributing to a comprehensive test strategy.
  • Creating detailed, structured test scripts using best practice design principles.
  • Providing accurate estimations for modules or projects and suggesting resource allocation plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with test management and automation tools such as QC, JIRA and Selenium.
  • Understanding of the banking domain.
