About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Production to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex manufacturing processes, leading cross-functional teams and driving results-oriented improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of production operations, including planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, develop and implement policies and procedures, and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Talent Development: Foster a culture of learning and development, provide training and coaching to production personnel, and promote career advancement opportunities.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvements, implement changes, and measure their impact on efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15-20 years of experience in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on production operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Qualifications: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive business growth through process improvements.
  • Skills: Hard-core exposure to injectable and solid dose manufacturing, planning, and operation management in regulatory work environments; knowledge of production optimization, resource management, and quality and regulatory domains.
