Job Description

This role involves managing API integrations, driving continuous optimisation with partners and suppliers. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in API integration and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  3. Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
  4. Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  5. Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.
  6. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  7. Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, preferably in the travel technology sector.
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
