About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our AI-driven medical analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test web applications, focusing on user experience, data accuracy, and workflow validation
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to understand user workflows and identify critical testing scenarios
  • Conduct specialized testing of AI/ML outputs, including validation of NLP results and LLM responses
  • Work directly with physicians and legal teams to gather feedback and ensure our tools meet real-world quality standards
  • Help establish QA processes and documentation standards, contributing to our testing practices as we scale
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools while working collaboratively with the development team to resolve issues quickly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must Haves:

  • 3+ years of manual QA experience with web applications, including test case creation, execution, and defect management
  • Strong experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing
  • Familiarity with web technologies and ability to test applications built with modern frameworks
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, TestRail, or similar)
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts or strong willingness to learn, including how to validate model outputs and data processing results
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail—critical when working with medical data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
