MSBI Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled MSBI Developer to join our team at Synechron. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis, with experience in SSIS, SSRS, and SQL.

The Job Description is as follows:

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for business intelligence solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data integration processes using SSIS.
  • Create and manage data warehouses and data marts.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS.
  • Perform data analysis and develop insights to support business decision-making.
  • Optimize and tune SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in MSBI development.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for database operations.
  • Proficiency in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data integration.
  • Experience in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for report development.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in MSBI development.
  • Strong expertise in SQL for database operations.
  • Experience in designing and implementing data integration processes using SSIS.
  • Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards using SSRS.
  • Experience in data warehouse design and development.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts.
  • Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and best practices.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for database operations.
  • Experience in MSBI development using SSIS and SSRS.
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
