Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced regulatory specialist to fill a key role in our organization. This opportunity involves managing and coordinating regulatory examinations, overseeing regulatory issues, producing reporting and metrics, supporting training and providing guidance on regulatory issues, leading technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes, maintaining trackers, updating procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in oversight standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating regulatory examinations, including logging information requests, preparing decks, reviewing responses, and overseeing action plans in internal tracking systems. You will also produce reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management, as well as support training and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate regulatory examinations (logging info requests, preparing decks, reviewing responses, etc.).
  • Oversee and manage regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems.
  • Produce reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management.
  • Support training and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.
  • Lead technology initiatives related to regulatory oversight processes.
  • Maintain trackers, update procedures, and support continuous improvement in oversight standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Background in financial services or management consulting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across global teams.
  • Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes, as well as proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work across global teams, are also essential. Additionally, you should have strong planning, organization, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
