Electronics Development Specialist

Join our dynamic team as an Electronics Development Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development of cutting-edge electronic components.
As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to drive innovation and efficiency in the design, development, and implementation of electronic systems. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electronics engineering, with a deep understanding of APQP methodology, PPAP, and Part and tooling Cost analysis and synthesis. Additionally, they should have expertise in Gerber study and Manufacturing Feasibility, Capacity analysis, Project Management, Tooling Estimation and Budget Management, Packaging and Logistics, and VAVE activities.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative electronic solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize component sourcing, procurement, and logistics.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including APQP and PPAP.
- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- BE - Electrical or Electronics degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics development and project management.
- Strong knowledge of electronics engineering principles, APQP methodology, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
