A talented architect is sought to lead the design and execution of complex construction projects. With 0-2+ years of experience, this professional will be responsible for crafting clear diagrams using AutoCAD and ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and government regulations.

This role requires a deep understanding of architectural principles and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Analysing architectural designs and plans to ensure they meet industry standards and government regulations
  • Researching and inquiring about different materials to find the best solutions for each project
  • Supervising junior architects and assigning them tasks to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Scheduling and delivering skill enhancement workshops to improve team performance
  • Explaining design requirements and specifications to builders, electricians, and technicians to ensure seamless project execution
  • Communicating project status and completion timelines to clients and stakeholders
  • Preparing building models and structure plans to visualize project outcomes
  • Conducting mockup sessions to test and refine designs
  • Guiding construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results
  • Presenting project briefs to clients and stakeholders to secure their approval and support

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Understand client requirements and preferences, as well as environmental impacts on construction projects
  • Create blueprints and make alterations based on client feedback
  • Develop projects within specified budgets and timelines
  • Undertake regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
  • Maintain C-P/Client standards and QC throughout projects
  • Assist project managers in setting scope and budget
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in architecture and at least 3 years of experience in construction and architecture. Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills are essential, as is proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
