Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our project delivery team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex development projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report status to key teams.
  2. Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance goals and participate in release management cycles, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  3. Process Improvement: Coach project teams on Agile methodologies and identify process gaps for improvement.
  4. Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver complex development projects.
  5. Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  6. Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In an appropriate field of study or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 15 years of experience in project management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, solid organizational skills, and experience with Agile performance metrics.

Skills & Requirements: This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for project delivery and be able to drive results-oriented teams.
