Business Financial Analysis Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Assistant Manager to join our team in Mumbai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, including plant P&L, variance reports, and cost reduction initiatives.

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and expertise in SAP (FICO/MM) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial reports, including plant profit and loss statements, variance reports, and cost reduction initiatives
  • Driving monthly and annual financial closures in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Handling product costing, COGS/COGM, standard vs. actual cost analysis, capex, RM, and opex budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Leading value engineering and cost optimization projects, as well as material accounting and inventory management
  • Monitoring and controlling plant inventory, implementing inventory reduction strategies, and driving SAP-based reporting, automation, and controls
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities and leading automation/efficiency projects, collaborating with production, quality, SCM, HR, and engineering teams
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of product costing, plant accounting, and MIS
  • Expertise in SAP (FICO/MM), Microsoft Excel, and financial dashboards
  • Experience working in a multi-plant, high-speed manufacturing setup
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and leadership skills
  • Qualification: CA/CMA with 1-6 years of experience
