Requirements
  • Expertise in Gen AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable Gen AI solutions. Build and optimize Gen AI pipelines, implement diverse evaluation techniques, enhance model accuracy, and develop agentic workflows to improve automation and efficiency.
  • End-to-End System Design: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions. Architect frontend components in React.js, develop business logic in Python, manage data interactions, and integrate APIs.
  • API and Microservices Architecture: Architect and implement robust, well-documented RESTful APIs. Break down complex systems into modular, scalable microservices that can be efficiently maintained and extended.
  • Database Management and Security: Oversee database administration tasks, including optimization, backup strategies, and security. Implement encryption, role-based access control, and auditing to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and CTO to create solutions that meet user requirements, ensuring alignment on technical specifications and project timelines.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and provide solutions that optimize for both performance and scalability. Contribute to architectural decision-making and system design for the broader engineering team.
  • Continuous Improvement and R&D: Experiment with and implement the latest advancements in development frameworks, cloud services, and AI tools to keep our platform innovative and competitive.
  • Agile Development: Operate within an agile workflow, maintaining flexibility to shift priorities and meet project timelines while delivering high-quality code.
