Senior Finance Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving finance at a strategic level, partnering directly with our Directors and leading finance across group businesses.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop financial planning and budgeting with plant finance teams
  • Oversee financial statements, management information systems (MIS) and compliance across verticals
  • Manage working capital, banking and fund flows with zero defaults
  • Lead cost analysis and dashboards for strategic decision-making
  • Handle export-import documentation and ensure smooth operations

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or equivalent qualification
  • 5-7 years' experience in finance, accounts, taxation, exports and imports
  • Experience working in a manufacturing background
  • Strong command of Google Sheets and MIS reporting, along with creation of bill of materials (BOM)
  • Excellent communication skills to work with bankers and institutions
  • Proven people management skills with remote teams
