Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with complex cancer cases.
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists, surgeons, and pathologists to deliver comprehensive care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in oncology and participate in clinical trials to ensure patients have access to cutting-edge treatments.
• Provide education and support to junior medical staff and contribute to continuing education efforts within the organization.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and adhere to clinical documentation standards.
• Maintain open communication with patients and families, addressing their concerns and needs in a compassionate and empathetic manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MD / DM / DNB in Medical Oncology from a recognized institution.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in a hospital or cancer center, with a strong understanding of recent developments in oncology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
• Capacity to remain up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in oncology.
• Willingness to relocate to Jamshedpur and contribute to regional cancer care.
