Job Overview

The Customer Support Representative plays a vital role in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing detailed product information, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless service experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or in person regarding products, prices, offers, and services.
  • Assist customers in navigating product options and support the sales team during peak hours.
  • Coordinate with billing, inventory, and sales teams to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, repairs, or custom orders.
  • Manage complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
  • Ensure the front desk and reception areas are neat, organized, and customer-ready.
  • Support online orders, invoice generation, and customer registration processes.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, jewellery, or luxury sectors.
  • Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken and written); Hindi is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, CRM tools).
  • Customer-centric attitude with patience and a problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak business hours.
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling customer requirements and order details.
