About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Lead to drive the production of impactful video advertisements and performance-driven content across various platforms. As a Team Lead, you will oversee end-to-end video production, manage a team of professionals, and collaborate with creators and external partners to achieve growth and engagement.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our visual storytelling strategy, ensuring all content aligns with brand goals, performance metrics, and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards. Create project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements.
  • Production Management: Organize the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement. Ensure necessary permits and releases are obtained.
  • Crew Management: Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals. Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to team members.
  • Shooting and Directing: Oversee video shoots, ensuring creative vision is executed effectively. Direct talent, capture high-quality footage, and manage on-set logistics.
  • Post-Production: Supervise editing, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects. Ensure final product meets project goals and vision.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary. Ensure videos meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address concerns or feedback.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, ensuring they stay within allocated budget. Track and report on project financials.
  • Distribution and Promotion: Assist in creating strategies for video distribution and promotion, which may include social media, websites, and other online platforms.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in video production and project management, with a focus on ads, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
