Job Title: System Engineer

Description:

Serve as a key member of our IT team, responsible for the installation, configuration, integration, and testing of new system components and applications.

Maintain and optimize collaboration systems to ensure seamless communication among team members.

Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ensure system security by implementing standards and responding to failures or performance issues.

Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.

Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Analyze systems and participate in design and engineering projects to drive innovation and improvement.

Required Skills:
  • 5-7 years technology support experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Extensive experience using tools to build and deploy services using: Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform.
  • Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions.
  • 4+yrs Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomes.
  • Successful track record in working on multi-functional team projects.
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support.
