As a seasoned accounting professional, you will drive the end-to-end management of financial processes for our company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global organization with a strong track record of profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective P&L analysis, product risk assessment, and financial reporting procedures, including month-end close and statutory reporting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with finance control standards.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives across reporting functions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product controllers, fostering independence and accountability.
  • Deliver on key projects and support strategic initiatives within finance and product control.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Hold a qualified CA, CFA, or MBA degree with 10–13 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Have strong knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements, particularly those applicable to the banking industry.
  • Prior experience in product control, finance control, investment banking middle office, financial services, equity research, or stockbroking.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with proven ability to build and mentor teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, risk awareness, and continuous improvement.
