Lead Strategic SAP FICO Initiatives

Role: Drive strategic leadership and direction for the SAP FICO function across the organization.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SAP FICO strategies to support business growth.
  • Oversee large-scale SAP FICO implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP FICO best practices and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation and Integration
  • Lead complex SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Strategic Leadership

  • Provide visionary leadership to drive business growth through SAP FICO initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive SAP FICO experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Product Costing.
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
  • Solid understanding of financial compliance, taxation, IFRS, and GAAP principles.
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience working in global organizations with multi-country rollouts.
  • Exposure to Central Finance (CFIN), Group Reporting, and Treasury Management.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
