Cloud Native Architect

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team working on cloud-native product suites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, experience with cloud-native technologies, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of cloud-native products and services for Kubernetes product ecosystems.
  • Learn and collaborate with the team to design and implement product roadmaps.
  • Support cloud infrastructure deployments using Platform9 products, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of product lines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience with programming in Python or Golang.
  • 8-12 years of experience in software development roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, switching, routing, and network protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in developing networking products (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Being a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work in dynamic environments.
