Job Role

We seek an accomplished accounting professional to assume a key position in our organization.

  • Financial Management:
    • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and statements.
    • Prepare periodic financial reports for stakeholders.
    • Oversee fund performance tracking, encompassing cash flow management and investor reporting.
  • Taxation Compliance:
    • Evaluate compliance with US taxation laws for venture capital funds.
    • Stay updated on changes in US tax regulations affecting the fund's operations and investor relations.
    • Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate tax filings.
  • Payroll Administration:
    • Manage payroll processing for Indian employees, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
    • Calculate salaries, bonuses, and deductions (e.g., Provident Fund, ESI, TDS).
    • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and handle related administrative tasks.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Assist in preparing financial reports and audits.
    • Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to inform decision-making.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure financial transparency.
  • Regulatory Adherence:
    • Guarantee adherence to relevant financial regulations.
    • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all financial transactions and audits.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in financial accounting, fund accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in payroll administration for Indian employees.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with accounting software and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certifications preferred.
