This individual will also develop, automate and execute functional tests for APIs and frontend components, leveraging tools like Postman and ClickUp.Key Responsibilities:Design and Execute Automated Test Cases: Ensure comprehensive coverage of internal systems through the design and execution of automated test cases.Develop Functional Tests: Develop, automate and execute functional tests for APIs and frontend components using tools like Postman and ClickUp.Document and Manage Test Cases: Document, manage and track test cases, bugs and QA activities in ClickUp, ensuring seamless integration with GitLab pipelines.Execute Regression and Smoke Tests: Execute regression and smoke tests as needed to validate system functionality and uncover issues beyond scripted scenarios.Create QA Reports: Create and maintain clear QA reports based on manual and automated test results.Collaborate with Development Team: Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria, improve QA processes and foster a culture of quality and automated testing.Requirements:3-4 Years of QA Experience: 3-4 years of QA experience with a focus on test automation and best practices.Financial Sector Experience: Previous experience in the financial sector or understanding of indexing, financial instruments or market data.Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with automation tools like GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Postman and ClickUp.Communication Skills: Ability to generate clear QA reports and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Reusability: Proficiency in designing reusable test plans and test suites.
