Number of Vacancies: 2 (Two) 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆- The candidate(s) must be a law graduate.- Candidate holding a minimum PQE of 3+years in Court Practice/Litigation especially in Trial Courts & High Courts.- The candidate(s) should be proficient in Research in all the national as well as international research portals such as Manupatra, SCC, Webster, Jstore, etc.- The candidate(s) would be required to contribute on a full-time basis.- The candidate(s) must also have experience in handling corporate matters.- The candidate(s) must be open for travelling to handle outstation matters.- The candidate(s) must be proficient in English & Hindi.- The candidate(s) should be punctual, focused, and committed to the profession.- The candidate(s) who is immediately available to join will be preferred. Responsibilities- Conducting extensive legal research.- Legal drafting in accordance with Trial Courts & High Courts- Attending Court proceedings- Preparation of Court documents.- Assisting/Undertaking in Court filings in both Trial & High Courts- Preparing reports, presentations for the client.- Any other responsibility on a need basis.
