The ideal candidate will bring a customer-first mindset and a strategic approach to communications.Key Responsibilities:Drive end-to-end customer communication campaigns across product and service touchpointsLead communication governance, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across channelsContribute to and support content strategy aligned with business and customer objectivesPartner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute new communication opportunitiesApply principles of UX and information architecture to improve content effectivenessRequirements:6–10 years of experience in content strategy, campaign execution, and stakeholder managementProven project management skills and the ability to work in complex, fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and collaboration capabilitiesExposure to the BFSI sector is preferred, but not mandatorySelf-starter with a customer-obsessed, insights-driven approachHow to Apply:If you are excited to be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence, please submit your resume.
