At Art Therapy , we’re building India’s first art-based wellness brand, and we’re looking for a Brand Manager who can lead our creative direction month by month — from strategy to execution. You’ll represent the brand in videos and creative content, decide the monthly theme, mood, and messaging, and work closely with our content and influencer teams to bring campaigns to life. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute monthly brand campaigns and storytelling strategies Be comfortable creating and appearing in brand content (videos, reels, etc.) Write creative scripts for influencer collaborations and in-house shoots Lead the social media and content team to execute your ideas Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms Track engagement metrics and adapt strategy for growth Collaborate with founders, performance marketers, and designers to align the brand vision Who You Are A confident storyteller who enjoys being on camera 0–2 years of experience in D2C or e-commerce marketing roles Strong understanding of trends, storytelling, and social media platforms Excellent communication and creative writing skills Passionate about art, wellness, or community-driven brands (bonus) Job Type Full-time (Work From Office) What You’ll Get A chance to lead brand campaigns and make creative decisions from Day 1 Freedom to experiment and express ideas Exposure to a fast-growing D2C environment A workplace that values creativity, honesty, and individuality
