This role involves full ownership of DevOps processes in a fast-paced fintech environment, from infrastructure automation to production monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure Management: Design and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Terraform, or CloudFormation.CI/CD Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.Containerization and Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.Monitoring and Performance: Implement and maintain system monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to ensure high availability and quick resolution of incidents.Security and Compliance: Enforce security best practices and manage compliance with industry standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR).Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance. Mentor junior engineers to drive DevOps culture.Required Skills and QualificationsCore Expertise:Cloud Platforms: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.IaC Tools: Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.CI/CD: Hands-on expertise in building pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.Containerization: Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/GKE).Proven experience managing production systems, ensuring high availability, and resolving critical incidents.Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.Familiarity with security protocols and compliance (IAM, encryption, VPC isolation).Preferred SkillsExperience with distributed systems and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).Familiarity with cost optimization strategies in cloud environments.Knowledge of disaster recovery and scaling in production environments.
