Full-Time Remote Bookkeeper | UK-Based Experience | Xero Expert | AAT Qualified Bookkeeper – Full-Time | Remote | UK Accounting Knowledge | Xero | AAT Qualified PreferredWe're looking for a full-time, remote bookkeeper who is confident with Xero, understands UK bookkeeping and accounting standards, and thrives on keeping financial records accurate, organised, and audit-ready.If you're someone who takes pride in being organised, dependable, and detail-focused — and can manage bookkeeping across multiple income sources (e.g. Stripe, bank accounts, invoices, petty cash) — this is for you. What You'll Be Doing:Daily bookkeeping using Xero, including:Recording and categorising expenses, petty cash, and receiptsRaising and generating invoices and ensuring correct reconciliationLinking and reconciling bank feeds, Stripe, PayPal and other platformsAttaching invoices and documents to Xero entries with accurate referencesEnsuring all referencing is clear and traceable — from software to bank and vice versaManaging the invoice process from creation to tracking and paymentRegularly reconciling transactions to keep books up to dateEnsuring compliance with UK financial regulations and HMRC guidelinesKeeping digital finance files tidy and accessibleSupporting accountant as needed for VAT, year-end, and reporting You'll Be a Great Fit If You:Have 2–3+ years of experience in bookkeeping (UK-based work preferred)Are fully proficient in Xero (including reconciliation, bank feed setup, invoice attachment, etc.)Are AAT qualified or have completed a recognised UK bookkeeping courseHave strong knowledge of UK tax rules, expense categories, and accounting standardsAre highly organised, accurate, and able to triple-check your workCan allocate Stripe payments accurately — even when received in batchesWork well independently, meet deadlines, and communicate professionallyTake pride in being someone your team can rely on with full financial trust What We Offer: Full-time, remote role (40 hours/week) Competitive monthly salary based on experience Ongoing support, training, and development Calm, supportive team with clear systems Opportunity to grow into a senior finance role over time How to Apply:Please send the following to hello@premierjobhub.co.uk Subject: Full-Time Bookkeeper – [Your Name]Include:Your CVA short paragraph (3–5 lines) on your experience with UK bookkeeping + Xero
