About the Role:Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our marketing automation efforts. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing multiple aspects of marketing campaigns for various clients, with a primary focus on the US region.The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of marketing automation, particularly in loyalty and CRM spaces for B2C industries. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.We are looking for someone who can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain high levels of productivity while meeting deadlines. If you are a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with experience in handling CRM campaign activities for large B2C brands, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Support the execution of annual marketing calendars, ensuring timely campaign rollout as per regional marketing plans that drive customer engagement, retention, and program participation.Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement in-store and digital campaigns related to CRM and loyalty initiatives.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of promotions and loyalty updates across channels.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Liaise with vendors to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools and platforms.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in B2C industries.Proven track record of success in managing CRM campaigns, including data analysis, reporting, and presentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English (both spoken and written).Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot.Benefits:Remote work opportunities with flexible hours.Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $100,000 per year.Medical insurance and other benefits.
