ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end testing of mobile applications (Android & iOS).Define and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks for mobile testing.Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.Conduct manual and automated testing to identify functional and performance issues.Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure optimal test coverage.Execute regression, integration, UI/UX, compatibility, and performance testing.Identify, log, and track defects; drive root cause analysis and issue resolution.Implement automation frameworks and CI/CD integration for mobile test pipelines.Stay updated with the latest mobile testing tools, OS versions, and testing trends.Prepare detailed test documentation including test cases, reports, and dashboards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.Proven experience in mobile app testing on Android and iOS platforms.Strong knowledge of mobile automation tools such as Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or similar.Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitrise, etc.).Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
