APM Portfolio Optimization SpecialistWe seek a detail-oriented and strategic Application Portfolio Management (APM) specialist to support enterprise architecture and application rationalization efforts using LeanIX.Capture, analyze, and maintain accurate metadata on current technology usage, future business requirements, and decision-making processes for modernization, consolidation, or new application development.This role is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team, working remotely from India or Brazil.In this position, you will:Perform data stewardship, populating and maintaining reliable application data within LeanIX, including ownership, lifecycle, business capabilities, and technical attributes.Ensure completeness and consistency of metadata across the portfolio.Participate in application evaluation, assessing value alignment (e.g., strategic alignment, user impact), technical value (e.g., scalability, integration readiness, security posture, supportability), and identifying candidates for retirement, consolidation, or modernization.Contribute to technology mapping & future planning by collaborating with stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies, supporting decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.Engage with stakeholders, working closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data, facilitating workshops and reviews to ensure alignment on application strategy and lifecycle decisions.Generate dashboards and reports from LeanIX to support executive decision-making, providing insights into portfolio health, redundancy, risk, and optimization opportunities.Benefits:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a remote settingChance to collaborate with global stakeholdersPotential for career growth and professional developmentRequirements:Detailed understanding of APM principles and LeanIX capabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilities
