You will work closely with the Lead PM to drive customer experience (CX).Requirement: 1Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - Domlur)Experience: 1-3 yearsRequirementsResponsibilities:Lead Primary and Secondary Customer Research to uncover insights and opportunities.Work closely with Design to ensure a high-quality, intuitive user experience aligned with strong design principles.Collaborate with the team to drive CX improvements across key product journeys.Translate insights into actionable product recommendations and roadmap items.Define success metrics, goals, and milestones for products you own.Track product funnels regularly and identify areas for improvement.Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams.Own end-to-end product execution - from problem definition to launch.Qualification:Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from a Tier-1 institution.1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business/Technology Analysis, or Data roles.Strong product intuition with a commitment to raising the bar on design, UX, and product quality.Ability to work independently and take ownership of problem statements.Skills & CompetenciesStrong research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Solid understanding of design systems, UX principles, and design language.Experience with analytical tools, product instrumentation, and experimentation.Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner deeply with Design and Engineering.
