We have an opening for our client's SAP Service Cloud ( C4C ) position at Bengaluru Location.
Total years of experience: 6 to 10 years
Location: Bengaluru.
Job Description:
• Implementation experience of SAP Service Cloud ( C4C ) for a Utility Client
• Drive the key activities of SAP Service cloud implementations ; integrating to backend S/4HANA utilities solution
• Create functional specifications and work with technical consultants on application customization
• Work with integration SMEs, and S/4HANA ABAP team on the connection between SAP Sales & Service Cloud and back-end S/4HANA IS-U environment .
• Communication arrangement and services setup, SOAP services configuration and end points changes in S/4HANA and C4C Integrations for Utilities solution
• In-depth knowledge of business processes in Service Cloud Utilities Call Centre solution.
• Hands-on experience in service Cloud module implementation
• Well versed with Integration troubleshooting in C4C via Web Service Message Monitoring
• Hands-on experience with SAP Utilities Customer Service processes
• Exposure to Integration set up with various SAP and non-SAP systems
• Debug the issues due to S/4HANA upgrade and Integration to C4C service cloud impacts
• MIMO process, Address management , Utilities exception management , BMD and TMD
• Customer Inquiries, Interactions and Requests – Ticket Management
• Experience in Key user tools and screen adaptations
• Drive the key activities of SAP Service cloud implementations , integrating to backend S/4HANA IS-U solution
• Familiar with the integration between the utility (Elec and Gas) industry's C4C Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA ISU using CPI
• Familiar with BP Replication using a Master Data System (MDG) between S/4 HANA and C4C
Good to have:
• 4-8 years of Overall IT experience with 4 – 5 years of experience with SAP Sales / Service Cloud in Functional role.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in SAP Sales and Service Cloud , Cloud Platform Integration , ECC and S4 and familiarity with ABAP Development of Proxy’s, RFC modules and Idoc-related development
• Well versed with Agile Methodology , can do Sprint Planning , create end to end Test cases & review documents.
