Location: Chennai Industry: Wealth Management / Broking Experience Required: 4 to 8 years Team Size to Manage: 4–10 RMs Role Overview The Cluster Manager will lead a team of Relationship Managers and drive acquisition and servicing of HNI clients. The role involves growing AUM, strengthening client relationships and guiding the team on financial planning and investment strategies. Key Responsibilities • Manage and mentor a team of RMs to acquire and service HNI clients • Grow AUM through new client acquisition and deepening existing relationships • Support the team in portfolio reviews and investment advisory • Track the local Affluent and Super Affluent market for new business • Keep the team updated on market trends and available investment options • Work with the central research team on client-specific investment decisions • Participate in client events, workshops and business development activities Required Experience & Background • Minimum 4–5 years in HNI Sales, Wealth Management or PCG Broking • Must have handled clients with 25 Lakhs+ investment capability • Previous team handling experience of at least 4 people • Strong stability in career (2–3 years average tenure per company) • Local market knowledge is mandatory • Should have earned incentives in past roles • Must be comfortable with field activity and individual contribution Qualifications • Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance or Marketing • Certifications like CFP add advantage Preferred • Candidates from HNI Broking / PCG Desk / Private Banking setups • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products Not Eligible • Retail sales, telecalling, franchisee or online-only sales experience • Candidates interviewed and rejected earlier For More Information: Komal B. / HR Team Phone/WhatsApp: +91 93289 59079
