Senior Relationship ManagerWe're seeking an exceptional Relationship Manager to join our team As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You'll work closely with our production teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects from brief to final delivery.Your key responsibilities will include:Client Partnership & Servicing: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.Project Governance: Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle — from brief intake, planning, production, QC, and delivery.Production Knowledge & Technical Understanding: Demonstrate solid understanding of creative production workflows across media types: digital, motion, print, and omnichannel.Financial & Resource Management: Support budget estimation, effort tracking, and job reconciliation with finance and operations.You'll also collaborate with Regional Service Delivery Heads and Studio Leads to align delivery strategy and communicate project status, risks, and performance clearly and proactively to all stakeholders.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career and contribute to the success of our organization. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, we encourage you to applyRequirements:8–14 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or production leadership within advertising, creative production, or digital agencies.Familiarity with production tools and platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Workfront, Jira, or equivalent).Proven ability to interface with global clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong working knowledge of creative production processes, asset management, and content adaptation workflows.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in global production environments or offshore creative hubs.Understanding of automation and AI tools in creative workflows (for scaling or versioning).Exposure to campaign deployment, localization, or multi-market asset production.
