Financial Management ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and support of Oracle HFM applications.The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both technical configuration and functional financial processes.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering business consolidation and reporting requirements, ensuring seamless integration with source systems and collaboration with finance teams.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and configure Oracle HFM applicationsDevelop and maintain HFM integration with source systemsPerform data load automation, troubleshooting, and performance tuningCollaborate with finance teams on consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processesImplement and support HFM workflows, consolidation rules, and reporting hierarchiesDevelop custom scripts, rules files, and calculation logic to support business needsProvide production support, enhancements, and upgrades for HFM and related EPM componentsDocument system design, configurations, and support proceduresRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field2-5 years of experience in Oracle HFM implementation and supportStrong understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reporting cyclesHands-on experience with metadata management, data loads, Smart View, and HFM rules developmentExperience with FDMEE, ODI, or other ETL/integration toolsKnowledge of Oracle EPM Suite (Planning, FCCS, DRM, ARM, etc.) is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and documentation skillsBenefits:Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging Oracle EPM projectsCareer growth opportunities in functional and cloud EPM rolesCollaborative team environment with learning and growth opportunities
