We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruitment Manager to lead and execute end-to-end hiring for new-age technology skills including Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Analytics, and Cloud Engineering. The ideal candidate will bring 8-14 years of hands-on experience in tech recruitment, preferably in fast-paced startup environments, with a special edge if coming from a SaaS company background.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire recruitment lifecycle for niche technology roles in AI, Data Science, Analytics, and Cloud.Partner with business and tech leadership to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent solutions.Build proactive talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies, networking, and employer branding initiatives.Leverage market research to identify talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes.Drive and manage a structured interview process to ensure quality, speed, and candidate experience.Mentor and guide junior recruiters, ensuring adherence to hiring best practices.Collaborate with leadership to forecast talent needs and develop recruitment roadmaps for new projects or expansions.Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards for management reporting.Promote the organization’s value proposition to attract top-tier startup talent.RequirementsExperience: 8–14 years in tech recruitment, with proven success in hiring for AI, Data Science, Analytics, and Cloud roles.Strong exposure to startup hiring dynamics, preferably within SaaS product companies.In-depth knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, and modern hiring techniques.Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.Work Arrangement: Work from office; 5 days a week.
